Not only does Papa Urbs Grill offer great Filipino food to its loyal supporters but it also offers opportunity to learn classic style kitchen brigade system techniques while learning to think quickly and move swiftly in a casual dining atmosphere, but it is also a place where dreams are made real. The young lady in the picture is named Audrey. She is our youngest cook and recently has found her passion for making excellent high quality craft pizza. She was recently awarded an opportunity to study abroad in Verona, Italy to study the food and culture of the region along with business and marketing.
